Comparation of our 1 station machines with 3 stations machines of our competitors

    The injection blow molding machines promoted by Pimpex Plastic , China are 1 station machines which are different from 3 stations injection blow molding machines supplied by our competitors.

    Hereinafter we would clarify well the major difference of our 1 station machines and moulds with 3 stations machines and moulds.

# If you buy 3 stations machines, you should buy 3 sets of mould cores for 1 set of mould, while ours require 1 set of mould cores for 1 set of mould only. Thus our mould is lower at cost and easy to maintainance.

# 1 station mould cores are installed vertically while 3 stations mould cores are installed horizontally. So when making preforms, the projective area of our 1 station mould is smaller than 3 stations mould's. That is, our mould requires less clamping force than 3 stations mould. For producing same bottles, our 1 station machines could save power much than 3 stations machines. Of course, our 1 station machines are more compact than 3 station machines. # There would be 2 half-lines in the preform made from 2-parts injection mould of 3 stations mould which will influence finished bottles' appearance. While our 1 station mould is 1-part injection mould would produce non-half-lines preform. Many customers appreciate our bottles'appearance quality.

# Our 1 station machines usually require 1 set mould oil warming machine for 1 set main machine while 3 stations machines require 3 set mould oil warming machines for 1 set main machine. That is, our 1 station machines help you gain lower cost both on peripheral equipments and energy consumption.

# Our 1 station machines could produce bottles with minimum mouth diameter 4mm only and maximum 500ml bottles, in some special cases, 20,000-30,000 ml bottles could be made from our 1 station machines. While 3 stations machines could produce 5-300ml bottles only. our smallest 1 station machine could make 3-4 pcs 500ml bottles while 3 stations machines could not make any 500ml bottles at all.

    The bottles samples you saw in the 3 stations IBM machines factory might be made from HDPE, LDPE not from PP.
    Our 1 station IBM machines could make 2ml-2000ml containers, that is, our 1 station IBM machines are with the widest application throughout the world in IBM machine industry due to our different 1 station technology.
    The 3 stations IBM machines factory's IBM machines are only & mainly for pharmaceutical containers. While our 1 station IBM machines are widely adopted for pharmaceutical containers and cosmetic containers.
    For adopting the 3 stations IBM machines factory's 3 stations IBM machines, it is rather important for the mould machining and maintainance. Of course, China's current mould machining technology could not fully reach the levels of advanced countries. So, for the apperance of containers made from the 3 stations IBM machines factory's 3 station IBM machines, especially the parting lines, there would be two lines, one is direct and another is curve which could not match exactly and would be seen in appearance. That is, the 3 stations IBM machines factory's IBM machines are only used in pharmaceutical containers with lower requirements on appearance. While for our 1 station IBM machines, there would be only one parting line which makes container good appereance and high quality feeling. So our 1 station IBM machines are adopted to produce AVON, P&G containers.

    Thanks for your frank attitude and trust to negotiate with us about comparations with the 3 stations IBM machines. We know the 3 stations IBM factory well for years.
    First of all, our smallest WB07-5 IBM machine could handle PE, PP, PS, SAN materials, our smallest WB07-5 IBM machine could make minimum 2ml containers and maximum 1000ml containers. While the 3 stations IBM machines factory's same series machine could only handle PE, mixed PP, not even pure PP as far as we know. The 3 stations IBM machines factory's same series machine could make maximum 300ml bottles. So you could let your clients see that our 1 station IBM machines have more wide application than the 3 stations IBM machines factory's both on raw materials and containers' volumes.
    Secondly, our WB07-5 machine consumes 11KW power with mould oil warming machine 6KW only. While the 3 stations IBM machines factory's should consumes 15KW with two mould oil warming machines 12KW for more than 100ml containers. That is, our 1 station IBM machines save lots of energy for you in long run.
    Thirdly, we guarantee 1 million shots which means we would replace damaged mould fittings free of charge during guaranteed period. We guarantee in such way with our sincere and serious responsibility attitude. However our moulds also could run 5 millions shots and maybe more shots, of course without such free of charge replacement service but lifelong service at reasonable charges. Please double check with the 3 stations IBM machines factory what its 5 million shots means.
    Fourthly, there would be four parting lines in the 3 stations IBM machines factory's containers while there are two parting lines in our containers. That is, our containers look better than the 3 stations IBM machines factory's in appearance.

And it is not suggested to put PC system into WB07-5 IBM machines, that is why we develop WB2PC-1 IBM machines and WB2PC-2 IBM machines. The PC moulds' structures are more complicated than PE, PP, PS, SAN moulds'. Surely PC moulds are at high pricing.
