Product Description:
The key functional material of the ePTFE microfiltration membrane plane protection masks is the polytetrafluoroethylene composite filter material, which uses the principle of physical barrier to protect all kinds of particles (such as dust, smoke, mist and microorganisms).
The masks materials are mainly composed of outer non-woven fabric or woven fabric, middle polytetrafluoroethylene composite filter material, inner skin-friendly non-woven fabric or woven fabric.

Features:
ePTFE composite filter material is a composite of e-PTFE microporous membrane and non-woven fabric, which has excellent resistance to media and weathering (UV). ePTFE microporous membrane has a unique microporous structure-the fibers are radially distributed with "nodes" as the center, and the different "nodes" are staggered and connected by fine fibers. Just like thousands of layers of screens with different meshes, the pore size is 0.1-1.4um, and the porosity is more than 80%. At the same time of ventilation, it achieves a good barrier to various particles from the physical level, and it still has protection ability when worn for a long time.

According to the testing report issued on Mar. 02nd, 2020, its performance indicators especially Filtration Efficiency meet the requirements of China Standard GB 2626-2006 KN95.

Based on the principle of electrostatic adsorption, as the use time increases or the temperature and humidity change, the filtration efficiency of ordinary N95 masks decreases significantly. The operating conditions of ordinary disposable masks are single, the breathing resistance is high when the filtering efficiency is high, and it is easily affected by environmental factors such as temperature and humidity. The ePTFE microporous membrane masks made of non-perfluorooctanoic acid (PFOA) PTFE resin have been tested by the national authority, and the filtration efficiency has reached 99.2% (N95, KN95 masks level). The inhalation resistance is less than 15% of the standard limit, which can effectively achieve a good effect of impermeable to water, filtering PM2.5, and preventing microorganisms and bacteria from entering the body.

The ePTFE microporous membrane is a kind of microporous film formed by polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) resin after being expanded and stretched. After microscopic observation and testing, its micropores are uniformly distributed and the pore diameter is about 100 times smaller than that of meltblown cloth, with a porosity as high as 80% or more, while having good air permeability, it has excellent filtration efficiency.
