Measures to Control The Body Temperature to Prevent Rapid Thermal Deformation:

Changes in indoor temperature can cause thermal deformation in machinery, which is a major cause of poor machining accuracy. Tuozhi Precision Engineering adopts an independent mineral new material bed, along with "body integration constant temperature control." By arranging a constant-temperature water system inside the machine body, it can reduce deformation caused by heat sources, thus maintaining stable high-precision machining.

Absolute Grating Scale:

The XYZ axes are standardly equipped with German Heidenhain absolute linear scales (resolution: 10nm). When the machine moves rapidly, thermal displacement occurs, and the displacement value is fed back to the controller for compensation.

Linear Motor Drive:

The application of linear motors and their drive control technology on the feed axes of machine tools achieves "zero backlash." Through the electromagnetic effect, electrical energy is converted into linear motion, with no gaps and no wear, offering advantages such as high precision, high feed efficiency, and high processing speed. Compared with traditional screw drives, linear motors have a simpler structure, ensuring long-term high-precision machining while achieving zero anomaly rate.

High-Pressure Center Through-Coolant Function:

Equipped with automatic workpiece alignment and tool length measurement functions, plus our self-developed high-pressure and high-precision center through-coolant system (pressure: 70bar, filtration accuracy: 3um). Paired with a constant-temperature cutting fluid cooling system, it enables stable, continuous high-pressure operation around the clock. It is suitable for machining deep-cavity parts, efficiently removing chips and reducing tool breakage and workpiece damage caused by chip accumulation.
