by Nano Laser Surface Intensify Process
    Good rigidity of the clamping parts with framework mould plate structure, and high clamping forces are ensured by the finite element analysis and optimized computer design. Large mould stroke, mould capacity and tie bars' distance to accommodate more applicable moulds. Gear driven mould adjustment unit has better synchronization and is able to make adjustment automatically according to presetted clamping force. Hydraulic pressure assistant fulcrum arrangement of auto-adapted large scale self-propelled moving mold with permanant supporting strength ensures mold movement more stably and reduces the bending stress of tie bar. For large injection machines, the hydraulic driven unit of safety door lessens the labor intensity.
    Large volume mold memory could store dozens of mold datas and parameters, it facilitates mold replacement and changement easily. The password lock guarantees safety of datas. World renowned computer components with high speed, high precision and high reliability. Inspection display monitors the input/output datas for easy diagnosis and repair.

    Plastics are melted by screw directly which is driven by imported stepless high torque hydraulic motor. High efficiency and compact structure. Injection base swivel device and nozzle allignment equipment. The injection base device of large machine is driven evenly. Dual cylinders driven injection base ensures its smooth running. It is optional for small/medium machines. Two stages presetting of injection pressure and speed. Hopper materials lacking alarm. Thin type, standard type and thick type screws, special screws for PVC, PC, PET, etc. are optional for customers.

    FT series are standard series injection machines, it mainly adopts negative rear angle dual toggle clamping unit and full computer control and dual proportional load. It a stable quality machinery series after more than ten years excelsior research and improving. There are several models of injection machines have gained the honour of national important new products.     ZJ series is improved and developped in 2004. It inherits superiority characteritics of FT series injection machines. ZJ series has a new improvement in machines' construct. It is more accordant with the developing tideway of modern injection machines.     FTA series' specification is same as FT series's. It is energy saving. Compared with the normal series injection machines, it can save power energy around 30~50%. It adopts close loop out pressure and flow.     FTB series's specification is same as FT series's. It adopts computer and frequency conversion control technology. The machine controls the system pressure and flow in accordance with the needed working pressure and flow at various molding stages to match the motor output with its loading. Lower consumption of energy upto 25~75%, lower cost and less environmental pollution could be realized.     FJ series is large capability special plastic injection molding machines. It especially meets with techniques requirements of large injection volume and low clamping force. Its maximum shot volume is 80,000ml. It is used for molding polyolefin such as PE, PP plastic products with large scale sizes.     ZJEH series is latest promoted machinery. It is a novel electric-hydraulic combined driving injection machines. Its main driving is hydraulic driving by variable pump.     ZJH series adopts MOOG high speed proportion servo close loop control system and high capability accumulator from Germany.
