| Injection Blow Molding Machines for Pharmaceutical, Lactic Acid Bacteria Bottles, and Cosmetic Packaging Containers |
This series is especially suitable for mass production of yogurt bottles and other products. Processing materials include HDPE, LDPE, PP, PS etc, with product's capacity raging from 2 ml to 2000 ml. Volume out of range can be customized. Our machines have been widely used for the packing of pharmaceutical, yogurt and cosmetic products. The new model WIB-60D-G, upgraded version of WIB-50D, which efficiency is increased by 25~50%. Taking the lactic acid drink bottle of 100 ml as an example, its mold is 14 cavities, and the daily output reach more than 100,000 pieces. Using the vertical working style for reducing the projected area of the mold may complete the work in a lower mold Clamping force, which can reduce the energy consumption. You can select the suitable model according to the size of the container and the hourly production. |

| The "vertical preform injection blowing process" is an innovative injection blowing production process created by our company. It is different from the conventional horizontal preform injection blowing process in the industry (a typical example is the three-station method of Jomar in the United States). Our "vertical preform injection blowing process" arranges the preform mold vertically to the horizontal plane. This process obtained the patent technology of "fully automatic multi-functional hollow molding machine" in 1992. | The "dual-station reciprocating rotary process" has been applied to our fully automatic dual-station injection blow molding machine (patent number: ZL 200920303237.1) and fully automatic dual-station injection stretch blow molding machine (patent number: ZL200910305311.8). Its working principle involves symmetrically distributing the preform injection station and the blow molding station at 180° angles on a vertical plane, completing both the preform injection and blow molding stages simultaneously, thus improving production efficiency. Furthermore, compared to the common three-station and four-station processes, the two-station design reduces the number of mold components, lowers mold costs, and better meets some customer needs. | The patented "composite core mold" technology consists of a set of parts, mainly including a main board, a core mold body, and a valve stem. It enables both blowing and venting functions, and through a pipeline design, it allows the heating medium from an external mold temperature controller to enter the core mold and the central hole of the valve stem, forming a circulation loop to regulate mold temperature. The application of this technology has greatly expanded the production scope of "injection blow molding." The raw materials used have expanded from being limited to PE, PP, and PS to include PC, PETG, Tritan, PPSU, PES, and almost all materials usable in the blow molding field. |
