Mineral castings, also known as artificial granite, are a new type of composite material made of polymers and other materials as binders, granite and other mineral particles as aggregates, and reinforced with reinforcing fibers or nanoparticles. They are non-metallic synthetic materials that are stirred, compacted, and cast at room temperature. Its excellent vibration damping properties, high dimensional accuracy and shape integrity, low thermal conductivity and hygroscopicity, excellent corrosion resistance and antimagnetic properties make it an ideal material to replace traditional cast iron or natural granite for machine tool structural components.

All models in this series utilize linear motor drives, offering 3-5 times the performance advantages of traditional screw or rack drives in terms of lifespan, precision retention, and processing efficiency.

  1. Zero Backlash - Absolutely High Precision: There is no mechanical contact; power transmission is generated in the air gap, with no friction other than the linear motor guide rail.
  2. Zero Wear - Perpetual Precision and Lifespan: The absence of mechanical contact during movement significantly reduces wear on components, resulting in a longer service life.
  3. Fast Response - High Sensitivity: Combined with grating ruler cyclic control, positioning accuracy at the μm level can be achieved. The linear motor drive system using feedforward control can reduce tracking errors by more than 200 times. Due to the excellent dynamic characteristics and sensitive response of the moving parts, coupled with refined interpolation control, nanometer-level control can be realized.
